   Great product to support my hair, nails and skin quality. I notice the difference when I don’t use it for a while. Due to the presence of niacin, it can stain the urine in a fluorescent color but don’t worry, this is normal. It has no taste and should be stored in the refrigerator, otherwise it can spoil (you’ll know by the smell), especially in summer temperatures.

   I am a regular repeater for this product. I realized that I needed vitamin B, but before I found this product, I was confused how much each B vitamin was needed and was hesitant to start. Then an orthomolecular research article mentions that vitamin B complex is good for covering our needs, and I tried that. My body was reacting so positively and I haven’t missed it twice a day since.

   love this B-complex supplement. It contains many B vitamins along with additional ingredients. B-complex vitamins are among the most important vitamins for your health. They play different roles in your body, including helping to regulate the endocrine and nervous systems, providing energy, and producing red blood cells.

   Good quality is always. Medium in size but still easy to swallow. Gives energy and good mood. I noticed the effect after 4 days. The package is ok. Taste a little citrus. Yellow color, which then paints my underwear)) In general, I like it. It’s nice to have all the B ingredients in one pill.

   I’m so glad I found this high-dose complex. I had looked around but this supplement seems to be one of the best alternatives out there. Just one capsule a day, and it’s easy to swallow, as it’s coated and reasonably sized. Leaves no aftertaste, which is very important to me. I need to take it longer to talk about quality, though. But I trust this brand.

   I have been taking Folate for several years now as I am a carrier of Beta Thalassemia where I have low hemoglobin. My friend recommended this product to me and I am happy with the result. It does not only contain folate but also B1, B2, B3, B6, B12 and other beneficial components for our body.

    I bought this a month or so ago. I take many Vitamins so am used to swallowing
    tablets. The Now B-50 tablets more often than not get stuck in my throat or are hard to get down. I would not order them again. I generally like NOW products so I do not understand why they sell a tablet so hard to swallow.
