Excellent and affordable! B-2 is a staple in our family. We carry the MTHFR gene(s) and are slow to detoxify. Some of us take it every day. Others, only when knowingly exposed to chemicals, etc. For some reason this also seemed like a game changer years ago to correct my severe sun and glare sensitivity. Now I don’t even think about wearing sunglasses most of the time. (Before, I could never do without it.)

Now Foods is one of my favorite supplement brands. It is a reputable brand and their products are of good quality. I like this one because it’s vegetable capsules (not gelatin). Beware, vitamin B2 supplements can change the color of your pee – it turned my pee bright yellow.

I am not giving up the b2 supplement for my migraines. I had a lot before, now that I don’t have a lot, especially during my period, I use it at least once a month. It works like a charm. After reading many good reviews of this vitamin B2, I decided to give it a try. I’ve been taking it for a week but haven’t seen any benefits yet. I like the small size of the capsules as they are easier to swallow. See the attached photo showing a calcium capsule (top), a vitamin C capsule (middle) and vitamin B2 (bottom). All of these products are made by the same NOW Foods company. I’m pleasantly surprised at how small this vitamin B supplement is and hope NOW will facilitate their other supplements to help people swallow them more easily.

take 400mg of vitamin B2 riboflavin to help reduce migraines. I take 200mg in the morning and 200mg at night. I felt a slight increase in migraines when I switched to this brand, but overall they worked well! Since I started taking 400mg of B2, my migraines have gone down 80% per month. I tried a brand that had 400mg in one pill, but it absolutely didn’t work for me. I need my dose spread throughout the day for this to work. The pills are not too big and tasteless. They turn your pee yellow, but that’s about all the side effects I can think of. The package arrives very quickly in the Netherlands!

take for my b vitamin stack for energy and well being and i can tell the difference i am taking it with b1 benfothiamine i am not taking ab complex because b6 is giving me neuropathy so i am taking vitamins separately d excellent ingredients and quality as always with now food

I recently tried the vitamin B2 supplement for its benefits on oxidative stress and inflammation, and I was very pleased with the results. wasn’t deficient when I started taking it, but I was tired all the time. And I noticed an energy boost, mainly because riboflavin is needed by mitochondria to produce ATP (the body’s energy source). So it helps you metabolize the foods you eat so your body can use them.
