Ingredients:
Pantothenic Acid (from calcium pantothenate), Vitamin C (As Ascorbic Acid), Niacin (as Niacinamide) (Flush-Free), Vitamin B-6 (from Pyridoxine HCl), Stevia Extract (Leaf), Riboflavin (Vitamin B-2), Vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin), Thiamin (from Thiamin HCl) (Vitamin B-1), Folate (as Folic Acid)
Other ingredients:
De-ionized Water, Vegetable Glycerin, Xylitol, Malic Acid, Natural Flavors, Potassium Sorbate (as preservative), Ginger Root, Grapefruit Fiber and Cinnamon Bark Oil.
Recommended use:
Shake well. In the morning, take 1/4 teaspoon, hold in mouth for 30 seconds, then swallow. Take with a meal.

I have purchased this item many times before and it is now my favorite brand. I only wish it came in a bigger bottle. I actually feel a difference in my (low) energy level when I forget or don’t have time to take it. I LOVE the flavor. Just be aware that it can stain if it touches clothing.

First time using liquid b12 and this brand was recommended to me by a friend. I am happy with my purchase overall; it is of great quality and works well for me so far. The large bottle size lasts a long time because you only take a quarter teaspoon a day. The taste is not bad but it takes some getting used to.

have found this product out of stock quite often so I prefer to take a size larger. In terms of ingredients, I like that it’s mostly B12, but other B vitamins are there too, so it’s a good source of vitamin B+. I usually make glutathione myself with vitamin B, its liquid form helps me a lot to mix with other ingredients. In terms of taste, I can’t say it’s good after all, we know it’s vitamin B and it has a strong taste, but it’s quite acceptable. I recommend this product !
