First time using liquid b12 and this brand was recommended to me by a friend. I am happy with my purchase overall; it is of great quality and works well for me so far. The large bottle size lasts a long time because you only take a quarter teaspoon a day. The taste is not bad but it takes some getting used to.

This liquid B-complex formula with over 2000mcg of B12 per serving is an excellent natural booster. To maximize absorption, keep it in your mouth for 5-10 minutes and let the B12 absorb through your mucous membranes instead of just swallowing and having potentially diminished intestinal absorption.

have found this product out of stock quite often so I prefer to take a size larger. In terms of ingredients, I like that it’s mostly B12, but other B vitamins are there too, so it’s a good source of vitamin B+. I usually make glutathione myself with vitamin B, its liquid form helps me a lot to mix with other ingredients. In terms of taste, I can’t say it’s good after all, we know it’s vitamin B and it has a strong taste, but it’s quite acceptable. I recommend this product !
