   The quality of the ingredients matches the size and dosage for maximum benefit. The taste is good. It seems to work as expected and followed the product instructions the right way. I feel like it meets the need for which I am taking the substance. It’s great and easy to take.

   Very good quality product, I bought one for everyone to use and my dad started using it semi regular all of a sudden and he is quite picky when it comes to to use certain supplements. Taste is good can’t complain, I know some people are very anal about tastes but maybe they drove themselves crazy trying to pretend they are professional product reviewers so that in fact they are FOS.

   I usually get and like NOW products but I am disappointed in this one. It is very sweet tasting and almost makes both me and my husband sick to our stomachs. Also, it does not come out in a spray. Rather it is a stream and runs all down the bottle and makes a mess. As an experiment we sprayed it onto a kleenex to see if it looked like a stream or spray. On the 3rd pump it was more like a spray. But you are only supposed to use one pump. Will not buy again and doubt we will continue using this one.

   B12 is an essential supplement for anyone who doesn’t consume animal products, but most people don’t get enough of it in their diet. It’s the most effective way to get B12 and NOW Foods spray is high quality. I found the ingredients and effectiveness identical to the previous one I used which is almost 4x more expensive.

   It was a new order. I’ve been ordering this B-12 for several years, I’ve found great support for energy levels. Now Foods is one of my favorite brands. When this product was out of stock I ordered another brand but it gave me a bit of stomach discomfort. SO thrilled that Now Foods is back in stock.

   I love this quality ingredient B-12 Vitamin Spray. The size pack is perfect for home or on the go. Gives me energy and very effective when I’m tired or lazy. Help my nervous system calm down. Seems to help my metabolism work better. It’s quite potent and the taste is great!

    It is one of the best products here. I suffered from an iron deficiency due to a lack of vitamin B12. Since I take a few hubs a day after brushing my teeth, it’s all gone. My doctor was very surprised. It works much better for me than those vitamin B12 toothpastes.

    Product is good nice taste it is a bit sweet but its ok i have linked other branded liposmal b 12 which tasted terrible spare bottle is not the best does not spray very well and runs on the side, I don’t find that a big deal, as I feel the product works well and gives me energy.

    I love the taste of this even though it is sweet and probably gives some people high sugar levels. Very easy to get carried away and give yourself an extra squirt or two. Honestly, I didn’t feel any extra energy. I bought it mainly for a nerve problem that caused tingling and twitching in my foot. I also thought it might help my memory as I became quite forgetful after being put on statins. Didn’t help with any of these. Maybe my problems are not caused by vitamin B12 deficiency.
