I’ve been taking this for a week now every morning in my breakfast smoothie but I havent felt any energy boost whatsoever. Actually, I’ve been feeling noticeably more sluggish since I switched to this B Vit from my previous B Vit…so I cant say it’s doing any good. However, I will say it is affordable and convenient for smoothies and blends well with no flavor. But I still don’t think its effective for energy at all.

I’ve been buying it for years. You can take it on an empty stomach unlike most vitamin B tablets and it’s kinder on the stomach. It gives good energy, calmness and concentration at the same time. This is a very important B to take especially as we get older. I sleep better after taking it too. Take it during the day or when you’re tired and need an energy boost to keep going.
