   I started taking this vitamin before my first day at work and have been taking it ever since. I will soon receive my second bottle. The pills are easy to swallow and I definitely notice a difference in how I feel. My body is still healing from a previous injury and I honestly believe this supplement has helped me recover as well as possible while still growing with it.

   The delivery is unexpectedly efficient! The package is also well packaged. I used to have sore joints and this really helps with the pain. I also bought vitamin D and these two worked together to help me with my joints. I have also recommended them to my relatives. They are useful! By the way, I often have one at lunchtime, especially with meat. It’s hard to swallow because it’s bigger than any other pill. But you will soon get used to it.

   love the Now Foods brand for its economical yet quality products. It has a bit of a fishy aftertaste, but I don’t mind that. I decided to take omega 3 for its heart benefits. I love that Now Foods has great packaging options. I like that it has a high dosage so no need to take too many capsules.

   Pros: – washes the skin well – it’s a very small ball shape (not a powdery powder) so I can massage my face with it – packaging is convenient (you open the lid and take out the product) Cons: – it dries out my skin. My skin is normal to dry (dry in colder months), 40+ so I have to be careful with this product. I feel like the enzymes are too strong and take away my protective barrier of its fat)) That’s why I don’t use it very often and carefully, always following up with nourishing sth

    was and still am looking for the best EPA-rich Omega3 product. It’s very close to ideal, due to its price and the amount of omegas it contains, but NOW Foods has had quality issues in the past, so if you have the money, go for it. Thorne or Nordic Naturals, but if you don’t. To buy it, for example for children or people with health problems, I will mark it as the best value for money product I have tried yet. The surface of the PS capsule is matte due to its enteric coating.
