Recommended use:
Mix 1 dropperful in warm water 1 to 3 times daily.

This seems to be the purest form of this supplement and something I expected Now Foods to release. I have almost finished my first bottle and can say it is helping me with my inflammatory condition. I will come back with a more definitive opinion after I finish my bottle and test my condition with and without to get a better picture. I haven’t seen anything particularly negative so far and it’s easy to consume. update: After 2.5 months of taking 1ml daily, I noticed some kidney related side effects I guess due to the high oxalate content in turmeric. It would be helpful if Now Foods listed the oxalate content on the label. For this reason, I will give 1 star less to my original review and hope this issue will be resolved.

I bought this to add to my lotion to help with lightening and hyperpigmentation. I don’t use it as an oral supplement as I have turmeric capsules. It works well in my lotion and doesn’t cause any skin discoloration, but I’m a dark-skinned woman. I only add a few drops to my lotion and distribute along the skin.

Hello, I didn’t care to much for the Turmeric. My family and friends also going to stop ordering certain Supplement vitamins from you guys, your company is not staying true to your customers or to your company. I’m 50 years old, before I started growing my own herbs, I was using some of Now products since I was 24 years old when the doctor’s gave me two weeks to live and I’m still hear by GODS grace. I never used anyone else’s products but now, back then the supplements was doing what it was suppose to do. I’m not getting that same effect you can not downplay what I already know. I don’t trust anyone but GOD, things are being put in the food we eat and drink, the products that we use, natural herbs is what it is natural with know kind of chemical natural color artificial color sodium etc; My second time using Now Turmeric

The extract is convenient for me, I can use it in tea or water and I can control the dose more precisely. Turmeric is very good for joint pain and cognitive enhancement. It doesn’t change the taste. Great quality product!

I find liquid turmeric to be so much easier to use than powder. First, it’s easier to add to smoothies without yellowing your hand or fingers for days. It mixes much easier too. I also think the liquid works better as recovery from my workouts is much faster now that I’ve started using it over the powders again.
