NOW combines Turmeric and Bromelain to help maintain healthy joint tissues faced with occasional overstress or day-to-day use.

Turmeric Root Extract (Curcuma longa) (Standardized to min. 95% Curcuminoids), Bromelain (2400GDU/g) (from Pineapple)

Other ingredients:
Cellulose (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silica.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Recommended use:
Take 1-2 capsules twice daily, preferably with food.

It gives me a boost and is supposed to be very helpful for the immune system. NOW products always use top notch ingredients so I will bury another bottle in the future.

Be prepared as the capsules are coated with turmeric powder so your fingers, and everything else they touch, get bright yellow stains! I just started using so no results yet.
