   fairly large tablets. I take it with methyl folate and methyl b12 and b3. tmg is an enzyme for digestion, but also known to clean our gastrointestinal tract of waste. sometimes I divide it into half dose because I feel the effect is not stronger. maybe I prefer the 750mg capsules.

   Exactly what you expect to get. The dosage is good, only needs every other day, if you take it for nicotinamide riboside only. No weird taste. Good quality. The size and ingredients are great value for the price. The pills are big. I take it with food. No real noticeable effects on its own, but what it does do is offset the negative effects if you take nicotinamide riboside alone without it.

   Anyone with autistic children or families should take DMG and TMG. They both help you make methyl compounds. many health issues are due to people having methylation issues. many people have problems with vitamin B absorption, MFHT and beyond. A prominent immunologist has also stated that DMG may also limit spike protein replication. TMG would help.

   I combine betaine (an active metabolite of choline in the body) with NMN and vitamin B complex. The quality is quite good and the active ingredient is very potent at this dosage size. The pills have no particular taste and this is also one of the advantages of choosing this supplement.

   This product really works! After 3 months of use, I felt a marked improvement in my ability to perform physical and mental tasks, my pain linked to a degenerative process in the cartilages has also decreased a lot! This supplement is made from excellent quality ingredients and the capsules are easy to swallow and taste great!

   have been taking this supplement for about 6 months. I take 2 capsules twice a day. I was originally interested in it for its liver benefits, but I’m pleasantly surprised that it’s also a nice little mood boost. And also take it to improve my memory.

   For the MTHFR gene, I had trouble finding a solution. Does anyone else have a massive extra bone yard? This did it for me! Finally, the answer. I take 3-4 a day depending on what happens and nothing else for this problem. If everything else could be that simple. Great product and good price with the prime making it easy to get for us people with energy issues.

   I don’t know about the quality of the TMG although I am generally happy with NOW supplements. What really bothered me was the size of the tablet. I choked on it a couple of times and now have to cut it in several pieces to be able to take the supplement. I don’t want to waste it so I am persevering with it but it is annoying and scary when I choke.

    TMG (trimethylglycine) is known to facilitate methylation processes. Methylation is a normal biological process that is essential for DNA salvage, liver detoxification mechanisms, lipid metabolism, and SAMe production. It is also an important step in the transformation of homocysteine which destroys amino acids into a more methionine-friendly amino acid. Clinical and non-clinical studies have shown that the addition of TMG supports a healthy level of homocysteine within normal limits.

    Really affordable for size and quantity. I take it for heart health and so far it has been good for me no side effects the only issue would be the size of the pills I have no problem with it but they are bigger so this could be a problem for some people.

    Quality questionable, tabs split in humid weather (Florida)
    Usual recommendation: daily 500mg – 1000m. The label on the bottle recommends as serving size 3 tabs or 3000mg!!!!

    It is definitely a good product with the right recommended dosage for anti-return benefits. There isn’t too much of a sting taste, but the tablets are LARGE in size. Be warned, I had stomach cramps and diarrhea the first week I started. I got used to it in about 2 weeks.
