Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid which is not utilized for protein synthesis, but is mainly found free in most tissues, especially throughout the nervous system. It functions in tissues by stabilizing cell membranes, aiding the transport of potassium, sodium, calcium and magnesium in and out of cells. Taurine helps to generate and regulate nerve impulses and aids in the maintenance of fluid balance; it is also used by the body in visual pathways, as well as in the brain and nervous system, where it works together with glycine and GABA as a neurotransmitter.

ordered this taurine supplement for my father who has type 2 diabetes. As taurine helps improve eyesight and lower sugar levels, it is an essential ingredient in a diabetic diet. Also, it is said to improve liver function and aid in weight loss if taken for more than 6 months. My dad has been taking it for a while so we haven’t seen all of its benefits yet. Will update the review once we see more improvements.

Thaurine is good for the muscles in our body. Of course, your home will benefit. I have heard that dogs have DCMP due to lack of thaurine. The new food factory still produces good quality vitamins. Pack of quality capsules with Taurine dietary supplement. It is an amino acid recommended for improving vision. I only started taking this recently and hope to see improvement, pardon the pun.
