   take this product to make sure I get choline (important for the liver and brain) as I eat mostly plant based. For quantity/size, this is one of the cheapest products online. With NOW, I never complain about the quality of the products I buy. I usually add a tablespoon with smoothie bowls and never notice the taste. All in all, highly recommend.

   Very good quality, the taste is pleasant, perfect size for this price. I see benefits after a short period of using the item. So, I regularly buy this product, I never have any doubts, because it does not come from soy. It can be unpacked for a long period of use, and it does not need to be stored in the refrigerator.

   This is yet another high quality product from the NOW brand. They offer great products at reasonable prices. I love the convenience of this larger sized container. Lots of health benefits – high in phosphorus which is why I bought it. The finely ground powder blends well into whatever I use it in. Virtually tasteless. If you are looking for an alternative to soy lecithin, give it a try!!

   quality product for the money and a great size. Apparently quite beneficial for men’s health. The ingredient list is the only ingredient (no fillers!). The powder form makes it easy to mix into food or drink so you don’t have to swallow a big pill. Cheaper overall too! That’s 50 calories per serving, which isn’t much at all.

   Why didn’t I buy powder earlier, well, for kids it’s the best. I have two autistic children, prescribed by a neuropsychologist. At first I took it in liquid form, it’s unrealistic to give it, only in oatmeal and then I suffered. Ordered in capsules, but more or less convenient, also squeezed into a porridge or puree. If they notice him, write that he is gone. I had to order powder, left it in capsules for me, in liquid form I will probably take it myself, but not sure. I sprinkled it on powdered buckwheat, mixed it and didn’t even smell it, they ate it all. I’m so happy, I tried so hard. In general, vitamins are problematic to take, I also give d3, omega and lecithin. I hope at least a few words will start to speak. My pain is simple. Thank you all for the like, it would make me happy. Good health to all and take care of yourself!

   For me, Now Foods Sunflower Lecithin Powder was a real find. It helps to concentrate, to reflect and to better control one’s emotions. Of course, it’s not a magic prescription drug, no. But lecithin is a completely natural and useful supplement in every way, after which you understand the differences BEFORE and AFTER taking it.

   I recently bought this to satisfy my addiction to sunflower seeds 🙂 I love everything about this product: health benefits, taste – I use a spoon to dip into the container – bet diving experience 🙂 The size is good – I hope it lasts for me to taste this ingredient in homemade vegan mayo or sauce.

   The product is a bit sticky, as is its nature, so keep that in mind if you plan to fill empty capsules with it. The process can get a bit messy, so use the larger capsules for less hassle. Others just mix with water using a spoon as needed. In terms of performance, no noticeable difference compared to using the Sunflower Lecithin liquid gel filled capsules I’ve used in the past, other than the obvious difference in convenience. Paying by weight with this product will save money if used regularly.
