As I have already done a review of the same formula, but in a different dosage, I will just leave the review below: Truly high quality and potent selenium supplement with an incredibly affordable price. I have been taking selenium for several years as I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism with my mother. And this selenium formula from NOW Foods is a great option for us because this amount really lasts a long time for me and my mom, and it’s better quality than the local store bought analogs we have. I first took 200mg a day for about 5 months as my doctor prescribed, now I have switched to 100mg permanently. That being said, if you are also having problems with your thyroid, you should definitely consider taking selenium, as it is one of the most crucial micronutrients for the thyroid gland and the production of its hormones.
