   My doctor prescribed this supplement for my type 1 diabetes. It instantly made a difference and lowered my blood sugar. It got to the point where I thought I could just “think” about it, but when the product wasn’t available for a while and I ran out, my blood sugar spiked. I am now back on the product and it definitely made an instant difference, yay!

   I take this with my evening meal…feel relaxed/sleep early to sleep…also haven’t eaten less but not as hungry…didn’t lose weight but I won’t do it either. I take it for sleep/relaxation…update I’m sleepy, ready to sleep and have been sleeping much better since adding this to my regimen for long time insomnia…highly recommend !

   Really impressed with this one. I had poor sleep and suffered from stress after moving abroad. After a week of use, it has changed a lot. Helped a lot with my anxiety. I used it daily during my exams and now wear it 3-4 times a week to manage my sleep schedule. Pill size not too big, sufficient packaging.

   It does exactly what it claims. It has helped me with my weight loss regimen as it reduces my stress and therefore helps me deal with binge eating and emotional eating. The package is sufficient for a month or more. I combine this supplement with another appetite suppressant to help me with my food cravings and hunger episodes

   use Relora regularly both as a stress management aid and as a sleep aid. Although not as potent as Xanax, I think Relora relieves stress almost as well as Xanax (which, in my humble opinion, is the gold standard for rapid stress reduction). There are also several clinical studies supporting its effectiveness.

   As described, works well for health, highly recommended, will buy again. The quantity is very large, suitable for adults, received sealed, to be taken on an empty stomach for better absorption, the essential ingredient is included, the composition meets the needs of the body, no side effects, you get an improvement well with a longer duration long, take it before diet, helpful for knee and all joints, and skin. Tasteless, it will replace any deficiency for joint health, best benefit for adult age group, good quality. Parcel received on time.

   had problems falling asleep and staying asleep and even using melatonin wasn’t enough and after using it for less than a week I found falling asleep happened MUCH faster and waking up and having trouble getting back to sleep was no longer happening. Work for me. YMMV

   Relora is a powerful supplement that can help you tolerate stress, improve the depth and quality of your sleep, reduce anxiety, banish food cravings, and potentially help you lose weight.    We take the relora periodically with my mother who is 75 years old. I keep it at home constantly available. It helps us deal with stress and anxiety, the anxiety that comes from hectic everyday life. It doesn’t make me sleepy during the day, but somehow improves my mood and I feel happier and smiling. I have hypothyroidism, so I buy some periodically to support my blood sugar and metabolism, as well as my mother’s high blood pressure. When I drink it, I feel calm and notice that I don’t feel like eating. With this supplement the tension disappears!!! Unfortunately for my country it is difficult to reach large packs, that’s why I buy a lot of small ones at a time. I recommend to everyone!!!

    I am 49 years old. One of its advantages is that it has a relaxing effect without putting me to sleep. In just a few days, I feel an improvement. Use it for my daily diet. This package is enough for 30 days I highly recommend it for menopause!!!
