saw palmetto increases pre-cum (in men) and it definitely delivers on that front. I saw the most effects during the first two weeks after taking it, but then the benefits seemed to diminish. I plan to take it on and off. The only thing I would want to make sure is if this was sustainably harvested, as the tree that Pygeum is made from is endangered.

bought this to try to alleviate my husband’s reasonably frequent visits to the toilet. Early indications are that it appears to be of some benefit, but probably too early to be really sure. His current daily dose is two, but can take up to 3-4 if he wishes. The tablet size is easy to swallow. The secret is to encourage him to remember to take them, but so far so good

This is a game changer for older men. This is useful even if you don’t have any problems; one or two capsules a day could prevent problems later. If prostate issues are currently an issue, 3 or 4 a day, evenly spread throughout the day, should help significantly. I hope this helps you!

got this because I had a sudden increase in nighttime bathroom visits from maybe once to 5 times a night.
