Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ) is a B vitamin-like compound that helps to protect mitochondria from free radicals and promotes the production of new mitochondria within cells. PQQ may thus help to maintain robust cellular energy production, support heart health, and promote normal cognitive function. Extra Strength PQQ includes alpha lipoic acid to complement PQQ’s free radical scavenging abilities.
This extra strength product has twice the PQQ (40 mg per capsule) as in our regular strength product (20 mg per capsule).

This is an amazing product for anyone with fatigue or CFS, especially if used long term and for myself a CFS sufferer, I wouldn’t be without it. PQQ fuels the mitochondria which are the energy-producing part of every cell in the body. In CFS, mitochondria die, so PQQ supports mitochondrial regeneration. Also in aging cells. It also activates the genes responsible for the regrowth and maintenance of mitochondria. One of my favorites.
