   have tried many PS (phosphatidylserine) supplements before, and this capsule is the fastest and most effective of all the rest, including capsules and soy-free versions. I have been using this specific brand and capsule for about 15 years. I will never do without it! When my brain fog starts to bother me (I used to be aphasic, and sometimes I have trouble finding my words), I take a capsule. Within minutes my thinking cleared and my brain was working as it was supposed to. (I’m 50, so it’s supposed to work just fine.) Now I’m curious to see if it helps my mood as well – my nutritionist recommended PS as something to try. i think the ingredient, quality, benefits, taste is very good. for the size is average and the dosage

   I really like this product. The level of the main ingredient is very high, so just one capsule is enough to complete the daily dose. Despite the large size of the capsule, it is easy to swallow and tasteless. I really feel the benefits – clear mind, less anxiety, increased mental energy. Another high quality product from Now Foods!

   use it to keep excess cortisol out of the brain, thus lifting brain fog – 300mg 2x/day…Make sure to take it with food containing at least 5 grams of fat, as PS is fat soluble. BTW, I’m a nutritionist, so that’s also my professional suggestion.

   The quality and ingredients are superb, good amount of mg. per capsule. I bought this for my brother as his memory is declining, after a week I saw an improvement in his memory. Bravo for this product. There isn’t much taste as it is in capsule form.

   Helps me sleep so I’m more alert during the day. Easy to swallow. Has no other ingredients that I don’t need. My doctor says the quality has improved my health. The capsules aren’t too big, making the size easy to swallow. The price is reasonable compared to other brands.

   My second favorite supplement for cortisol management. High quality, good ingredients and a large size (50 capsules). The dosage is high (300mg) which should be enough to lower cortisol and help you relax and get some sleep. 1-2 tabs should do the trick. Good size on capsules too. Highly recommended if you are looking to lower your cortisol for health purposes and get better sleep at a decent price.

   The tablets are large, but they are simple to take. I noticed a change in my mood and attention, as well as the disappearance of my anxiety. It took me a few weeks to see the difference, but I’m happy with the result. When you combine this with COQ10, you’ll get amazing perspective-changing results. As a precaution, do not take more than the suggested amount of this or anything else on a daily basis. Good luck! It was effective for me!

   NOW brand of Phosphatidyl Serine is a purified form of nutrient for the brain and nerve cells in the body. The quality is good and the dosage is the maximum available. The size of each capsule is large and I usually cut with a pair of scissors and press the contents onto a cracker to consume the supplement. It has a neutral taste. This PS will also benefit cell membrane and function.

    Thank goodness Ecosupplements offers NOW Foods Extra Strength Phosphatidyl Serine, 300 mg. Most companies manufacture the supplement at 100mg per soft gel. If I take 300mg a day, there is a noticeable impact on my memory. So when I take NOW Foods Extra Strength, it’s only one pill a day instead of three.
