   This product is a supplement intended to improve health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading “Vitamin” in the title of the search results. It has fulfilled some essential needs that I had until now: a boost of energy and an elimination of fatigue due to long flights and stress. NOW FOODS has become our favorite family brand! Highly recommended.

   Now the brand is a trustworthy supplement company. Their products are of high quality. The ingredients are non-GMO and come highly recommended by various holistic bloggers like myself. This product is an easy to swallow size, as well as a manageable dosage. I take it because it provides cognitive benefits, which I notice.

   I have taken the more costly vitamin world brand in the past but I like ‘now’ product standards. I am enjoying the same benefits and my husband has also started taking it. In about a month I noticed memory recall improvement.

   The high quality, non-GMO ingredients are the “NOW” brand products and I have been a fan of this product for years. It’s an easy to take capsule and the dosage seems right for my needs. The benefits I get from it are that it seems to provide a little mental boost during high stress days.

   Important nutrient. Found in green leafy foods, too. I opted for a supplement just to try it out but should have looked for a non-SOY based version since I avoid soy due to hypothyroidism. But I still take it since I bought it. Let’s see how it goes. Apart from its key role in cell cycle signaling, it also coats and protects cells and is involved in blood clotting. A key phospholipid in the human brain and eyes, PS plays an important role in supporting healthy cognitive function, mental acuity and memory. With so many benefits, I’m willing to overlook the SOY factor.

   Now Foods – a good company and I use a lot of their products. Phosphatidyl Serine is one of the best brain supplements I have read and I read a lot about health. Two hours a day for 25 years or more. At 82, I’m in pretty good shape as my peer group is either passing away or having serious medical issues. So far, so good.

   It actually works as advertised. Taken in the evening, it is one of the gentlest ways to unwind at the end of the day. similar to GABA, but a bit milder. I can highly recommend trying this to limit cortisol release at night and prepare for a good night’s sleep. also does not affect wakefulness the next day.

    My third favorite supplement for cortisol management. High quality, good ingredients and a large size (60 capsules). The dosage is low (100mg), which should be enough to lower cortisol and help you relax and get some sleep. 3-6 tabs should do the trick. Good size on the capsules too. Highly recommended if you are looking to lower your cortisol for health purposes and get better sleep at a decent price.

    Dude, I’m sure it works fine. But I don’t know what. It’s not something like L-tyrosine where you would feel an (almost) instant change. Can’t say I feel any immediate effects, really, I just notice that my overall disposition over the week seems to be much more positive, brighter if that makes sense, and this supplement has been the only change in my feed

    PS is a must have for mine and my husbands daily supplement routine. We noticed a very quick response in brain function very early upon using PS; improved memory recall, and retention of information is significant.
