   It’s been 2 weeks of use. my face is getting clearer, pimples heal quickly and no big breakouts. I am happy to be able to eat butter, cheese and cream now. I drink 6 grams a day for 2 weeks, now I’m on 4 grams. I will reduce to 1500, slowly to 500 grams. and oh i noticed my skin clearing up a bit, i’m not sure if that’s the effect of the B5.

   bought this after hearing that it helps a lot of people get rid of their acne in mega doses. I took 3 pills a day and increased to 10 a day. I saw a huge improvement in my acne, nothing has ever worked so well. Recommend it to those who suffer from acne.

   Tried this year 2020 for acne After watching so many great reviews on YouTube. Although I use it with other supplements and skin care products, I don’t know which one cleared my acne at the time. But I believe it helped much faster. And now that my acne is back, I take tretinoin and retinol (alternating) from time to time as I sometimes overdo it and cause irritation. So I need something that will help me internally. And that’s the first thing that came to mind. I’ve been taking 8-10 capsules a day (divided) for 8 days now. And I give all my hope to that and my retinol! Hoping to have clear skin so badly! I ordered 2 bottles and will order again before it runs out. I hope Ecosupplements will have enough stock as it is always sold out.

   It dries out your skin and will help prevent the formation of new pimples and acne in general… Eat at least 2-3 grams a day and after 2-3 weeks you can already see a better skin type on yourself . This product is 9/10 better than other acne treatments you can buy. Recommend!

   started taking vitamin B5, hoping to help with adult cystic acne and the nodules that had become common along my chin line. I take it regularly, along with zinc and vitamin A, and have seen a significant reduction in these types of breakouts. Although I still suffer from a routine spot, it is no longer painful nodules, but rather smaller papules and whiteheads, which are much less painful, noticeable and persistent.    Few people know about B5 (pantothenic acid), but a deficiency in it can be brutal. Symptoms can range from lack of energy, stomach acid and metabolism, depression and nervous system disorders…even gluten intolerance! Despite all these effects, B5 is not talked about as often as B12, folic acid or B6. NOW Foods always seems to use quality ingredients, and the 500mg potency is perfect for daily supplementation.    have a bad case of acne. I have tried everything from a variety of skin care products, diets, over the counter medications, etc. I read about the B5 online so went ahead and bought this. I first started with 6 capsules a day, 3 in the morning after breakfast then 3 in the evening after dinner. After a week, I can already see the changes! Surprising! In week 2 I changed the dosage to 4 capsules per day. Hopefully, fingers crossed, my body adjusts and only needs one capsule a day as I’m not overdosing on supplements.

   this amazing supplement is helping me with my adult hormonal cystic acne. I have tried many topicals and used Differin for 1 year but nothing has given me such impressive results. I also reduced sugar, milk and caffeine, including chocolate and cocoa.    have been using this supplement for a while now for adult acne. I had taken isotretinoin before, but it had nasty side effects. I find pantothenic acid to be fabulous for acne and there are virtually no side effects! My skin is now clearer than it has been in a long time!! 🙂

    b5 has helped me a lot with my adult cystic acne. my skin was soothed and the lesions became much less than before. it also has a calming effect and reduces cortisol levels. I took 5 pills before breakfast and 5 before dinner. after a few weeks i reduced to 5 a day only
