   Taking 2-3 of these a day with 2-3 pantothenic acids helps me maintain my energy levels and has also helped me keep my blood fats (i.e. cholesterol) in the normal range, despite a not always healthy diet. A welcome bonus is that it also helps calm my gastro system. Always satisfied with NOW products.

   I really wanted to give it a try because I’ve heard a lot about managing cholesterol in your body. It’s a B 5 vitamin and I can’t wait to get off my statins and go a more natural route. Unfortunately, it’s out of stock at the moment. So looking now into vitamin B 3 (niacin flush) it’s also good for getting rid of statin use. B 3 is much more affordable and I think it may work as well or better than Pantethine.

   My husband takes 2 a day and he seems to keep his acne and oily skin under control. I used to have a double strength one but it wasn’t available so he takes 2 instead.

   A friend recommended it to lower my cholesterol, which worked great for me. Very easy to swallow. I take one capsule with my breakfast. Very easy to swallow.

   have been using this product for several years now and I am very satisfied with it. It was recommended by a naturopathic doctor to take it in conjunction with Now Foods Red Yeast Rice to control my cholesterol. Very happy with the results. I love the Ecosupplements site, very easy to use.

    My doctor had recommended less potency than Jarrow’s 450mg, but couldn’t find it anywhere. If I take 2 Jarrows a day, after the 2nd day I start having side effects. Not with that. I take one in the early morning and when I feel the discomfort that makes me unbearable to be inside my body, I take another one and I don’t even feel it but the discomfort passes. I have adrenal insufficiency and great fatigue and this helps feed it. (It doesn’t take away the fatigue, unfortunately, just the feeling of being in a bad mood.) It doesn’t give me energy, but that’s not why. Just nourishing for the adrenals. I haven’t noticed any effects on the hair, unlike this namesake hair product brand. I will buy it from now on and it is also cheaper, very necessary in these times we are living.
