Gelatin (capsule), Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Silica and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source). Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule daily, preferably with food.
Warnings:
For adults only. PABA should not be taken when using sulfonamide (sulfa) drugs or in known PABA allergy. Consult physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition including liver and renal disease. Keep out of reach of children.

take PABA to help with the production of folic acid in the gut and also because it’s good for the hair and skin. It is very profitable. You get 100 capsules at a time and you only need to take it once a day. I will buy it again. In the past, my white hair started to grow back black at the roots and I wondered if it was because at the time I was taking a supplement containing PABA. To test this theory, I’m going to buy more PABA and see.

Good size bottle and I only take one a day. It’s only been a week so I haven’t noticed if it gets rid of the gray hair yet, but it may take longer. I’ve had more energy since I started them but I don’t know if that’s the reason. It may be the result of more red blood cells being created, which is what PABA does.

To be honest, it’s hard to know how well Paba works because I can’t compare my hair now to what it would be like if I hadn’t taken it. However, after a sudden increase in gray, the progression seems to have stopped since taking Paba (just one a day after a meal), and I haven’t had any ill effects from it. Definitely worth a try!

have noticed that it is a base ingredient in other hair supplements which are significantly more expensive. This price is fantastic in comparison. I think my grays are getting a bit more blonde and less white after two months of use. Including bottle image next to a standard/base lip balm tube for pill size reference. I hope this is useful!

Oh, I had not planned to buy this product. But recently I discovered my first gray hair and decided not to hesitate. Among other things, I live in a northern country and I read somewhere that PABA improves the protective functions of the skin against the sun’s rays. I noticed results within a week. The skin burns less, the tan is more even, everything is fine even without SPF. When washing the hair, the hair falls less and as if it had become thicker! Gray hair is not gone, but I think gray hair needs more time to heal. However, so far I love it!

My multivitamin had PABA in it but for some reason they reformulated and removed a bunch of stuff including the PABA. PABA is needed for good health, so I take it separately. NOW is a quality brand, so I’m buying this one and have no intention of stopping. I’ve also read that PABA can slow down gray hair, whether that’s true or not would be a great benefit to have too.

have very pale skin like my brothers. I take one just about every day of the week. If I know I’m going to be in the sun for a long time, I’ll take two a day for a week or two. I have to say that I burn very quickly if I don’t take them and I will burn and get blisters. Taking them I will turn red for a day or two, but it doesn’t burn our pain. My family has also pushed this product to its limits and it has never failed. My brother, who is also very pale and burns quickly, was a lifeguard for 4 years and he took them in the summer and never burned. I highly recommend this product.
