   The dosage of Omega is slightly lower than we would like (the interiorist recommends 700dha). I chose this product because of the small size of 1.5 cm (pill, the usual size like the sun for example, I can not swallow, I have attached a photo for comparison). In general, the dose is satisfactory. I regularly buy vitamins and trace elements from this brand. Cachemy is happy. There is an effect.

   I have taken this product for years and, finally, found it in mini gels form; the price is also right. The mini gels are easy to swallow and don’t bunch up inside the bottle.

   have bought this several times for my grandma she loves the size of it as it is easier for her to swallow due to her age she needs to drink a lot of medications including supplements so this mini capsule is perfect for her, she says it’s not so smelly as other fish oils, overall she really likes it

   I have been giving this supplement to my 6 year old for a year, EPA and DHA are very important in small doses, it helps a lot if we give longer, I have seen a difference!! daily after-meal help solved my goal.

   Please help me by pressing like, may you and your family always be blessed. We take 2 capsules every day after lunch, along with D3 + K2 + Zinc. This omega 3 aids in the absorption of D3, as D3 will be more easily absorbed if consumed with good fats. we consume this omega 3 to help maintain cardiovascular health because we don’t always eat fish every day. This capsule is very easy to swallow, due to its mini shape. supportive but inconclusive research shows that consuming omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease. This fish oil concentrate is manufactured under strict quality control standards. It is tested to be free from potentially harmful levels of contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals.

   the whole family has been taking omega-3 foods for a few years now. buying this for my parents as they have difficulty with large pills. the dosage is much slower than what we are used to, but it is better for older people to take more than one pill separately.

   I bought this Omega supplement for my teenagers (15 and 17) because of the possible effect of fish oil on mood and because the size is small and therefore easier to swallow. The ingredients are quality and there is no fishy taste or burps afterwards. I have personally seen an improvement taking omega 3 and hope they will too.

    These Omega3 mini-gels are much easier to swallow. If you’re looking for a goid quality Omega3 supplement but have trouble swallowing huge gel capsules, these are the ones for you.

    These appear to be good quality fish oil and are small in size as described. I ordered these for my mom who can’t handle full size fish oils. She found them to be just what she needed; they are much easier to swallow than larger fish oils. And they are a good price compared to other minis. My mom started taking fish oil religiously after her brain injury, and I think it helped. Her hair is very healthy now, as a bonus!

    Do you have trouble swallowing large tablets? These are for you! I’m so happy to have found omega 3 pills that are 1/3 the size of typical omega 3 pills on the market…I’d happily take a few more pills than just one jumbo. Seems to be of good quality as well 🙂

    Kind of a theme in my reviews. I have trouble swallowing pills and have wasted a lot of money buying supplements that I can’t swallow. Ecosupplies used to have a picture of the size of the supplement, but not too often lately. These are perfect. No problem swallowing and no burping.

    Omegas have benefits for my hair, for cholesterol, for my heart and for body inflammation. The taste is good and you can’t taste the fish. The packaging is easy to use and the ingredients are of high quality. It is perfect for any age. The pills are easy to swallow.

    I like these omegas because they are small and I can take one in the morning and one in the evening so they don’t upset my stomach. I have weak digestion and can not tolerate one big omega all at once, so this is a great solution1
