NOW Foods Omega 3-6-9 provides a carefully balanced blend of essential and beneficial fatty acids from five cold-pressed oils: organic flaxseed oil, evening primrose oil, non-GMO canola oil, black currant oil and pumpkin seed oil. Each serving of two softgels provides 2,000 mg of this multi-oil complex, with a naturally occurring fatty acid profile that includes Omega-3 (ALA), Omega-6 (linoleic acid and GLA) and Omega-9 (oleic acid) in one convenient supplement.
