   Mistaking this for my ADHD symptoms. I was initially taking niacinamide, but it takes a high dose to see any changes, so I decided to switch to niacin instead. I was concerned about the flush, so I chose this non-flush type. I can see my sleep routine improving a bit after a month, a bit more energy during the day.

   I take it every other day with vitamin c. healthy system and skin. Niacin (vitamin B-3) is often part of a daily multivitamin, but most people get enough niacin from the foods they eat. Foods high in niacin include yeast, milk, meat, tortillas and cereals which are the foods I avoid so I take these capsules instead.

   Niacin (vitamin B-3) is an essential B-complex vitamin. Flush-Free Niacin contains inositol hexanicotinate, a form of niacin that is made up of six molecules of niacin bound to a single molecule of inositol. It is slowly broken down in the body to produce free niacin and inositol. This gradual release of niacin allows for true niacin activity without the characteristic niacin flush that many people cannot tolerate.

   have been using the NOW brand of niacin for some time and find it very cognitively effective. I am an elderly person so I need a little help and am using this supplement as part of a nootropic stack. Niacin is a very useful vitamin and this particular form does not create flushing issues. I recently read on a nootropic site that niacin can be taken at night to help with sleep. As I suffer from occasional insomnia, I have found that over the past few nights I fall asleep faster and seem to stay asleep. I hope this is not a coincidence and that I will continue to take this supplement in the evening after dinner. I also wake up feeling refreshed, so maybe that’s because of the niacin. I am satisfied with the quality of this product. It is well packaged with a seal.

   The quality of this product is very good. The package size is not big for me to store. The ingredient is also good for me. The benefits include giving my brain great energy and reducing my stress. My age seems smaller and my immunity is getting stronger. It’s very good.

   This supplement has what obviously supports my healthy immune system and the strong mobility of my bones, thanks to this supplement containing vitamin B and niacin! To minimize hot flashes, I always take it when I was about to fall asleep. I always have a very early morning when I wake up!

    Ordered a friend to have his blood cholesterol checked. This one is non-flush so you don’t have to worry about the nasty side effect of the toilet flushing. Although some say it may not work perfectly for cholesterol, my friend’s latest checkup showed good results. Will continue to use.
