bought these for my son who is very athletic. I think it’s a good multivitamin, though, and I could be wrong here, I think for a sport multi, it should have a higher dose of magnesium. My son suffers from frequent leg cramps from exercise, but he has recently started taking supplemental magnesium which has made a difference. Personally, I would prefer this product to have more magnesium.

The quality is top notch. If you’ve done some research, the forms they use for the different ingredients are all the best. I’m an active person who works out 3-4 times a week, and this definitely works for me. Not much flavor so that’s a good thing. Packaging is standard. The pill size is a bit large but I have no issues with it.

am a woman who trains and lifts weights regularly. I really like these multivitamins because they are MCT oil based, so both are good for fat soluble vitamin absorption. The size of the pills are quite large, about 2.5cm long, but they are smooth so they go down easily. Eve multi for women has a little more – Vitamin C, E, K-1, K-2 – Folate – Iron – Magnesium – Potassium – Other special ingredients for women’s health Multi active sports for men has a little more – Vitamin B – Calcium – Copper – Chromium – Other special ingredients to increase energy Honestly, I don’t feel much difference taking these two, so pick whichever you prefer. I wish one day food would come out with an active women’s multi-sport!

Easily one of the best high quality multivitamin supplements for fitness/weightlifting and high intensity workouts. I noticed I had a lot more energy during the workout, but remember to stay hydrated as the ingredients are high dosed. The pills have no taste and can be a little big, but for me that has never been an issue. Good packaging, but should be stored out of direct sunlight.

was looking for a multivitamin for men that was beneficial and with the most natural ingredients possible from a good quality, not so expensive brand. I think the ‘Men’s Active Sports Multi’ has achieved this level very well. I have been using for several weeks and my observations on this product are that the capsules have an odor in the bottle and my urine becomes really yellowish after taking even 1 or 2 of the capsules (daily serving is 3) even drinking a lot of some water while waiting but I think that’s to be expected due to the high doses of some ingredients.
