   My 3 children have autism and ADHD which can also cause trouble sleeping. Melatonin in Australia is a) hard to get b) requires a script from your doctor and c) very expensive. Then I found Ecosupplements about 8 years ago. I’ve been using them ever since! ☺️ These melatonins aren’t exactly a strong version, only 3mg, but it definitely helps them stay asleep and wake up refreshed. It’s a winner for me! On bad nights, they can take an IR version as well as this SR version – which helps them fall asleep and STAY asleep. Great product, great company. Thanks! ♥️

   I’ve been using it for a while and I haven’t been disappointed. My sleep cycle has been amazing. The benefit of taking this is that I am well rested the next day because I was able to sleep well at night. No side effects just better sleep and quality sleep. The pellet size is small which you can easily chew. Taste orange, which is good. Just tale 1 tab 30 mins before I intend to sleep.

   Definitely one of the best supplements I have purchased from this site. Ingredient of very good quality, has a little taste of mint and very easy to swallow, because of its very small size. Good to point out that the first time I bought melatonin was from a life extender and at a dose of 1mg. This one is just a little louder. Taking 2 capsules was great to really guarantee sleep if I’m not really sleepy or want to adjust my sleep (eg sleep earlier to change my wake up time). 1 is good everyday, if I sleep a little but think it will take 30 minutes to sleep. Definitely one of those supplements to always have at home.

   It is high quality melatonin and has good ingredients, size and perfect dosage. A good benefit is that it can help children and adults fall asleep naturally and sleep longer. These fondants taste better than any other brand I have found. Flavor is key and melting it in your mouth makes it easy to use.

   This melatonin works very well on me. After taking a lozenge, I fall asleep very quickly. It is easy to take and it tastes like manthol. Still, I don’t like the taste, and prefer to take it with water.

   This product is a good price for 180 tabs. The lozenges taste great and the 3mg is perfect. It knocks me out without leaving me drowsy in the morning. I often make a 2 liter milkshake filled with banana etc. and I put one in. The whole family has a drink and it helps everyone sleep well!

   was using an alpha-tocopherol and vitamin E product at 400 IU daily. I made the decision to switch to Toco-Sorb, after learning more about the metabolism of the 8 forms of vitamin E. Toco-Sorb provides balanced doses of vitamin E, and I don’t need more one capsule per day based on my dietary intake of linoleic acid.

   One of its benefits is that it is helpful for a good night’s sleep and good for reducing oxidative stress. Beyond that, studies show that melatonin is good against certain neurodegenerative diseases. Nevertheless, melatonin can help regulate and synchronize the circadian rhythm, synonymous with quality of life. This product is tasteless and dissolves easily.

    During this covid 19 pandemic many supplements and WFH are messing up my sleep time I can’t fall asleep until 5 or 6 am this melatonin really helps me fall asleep it works after an hour plus later of course I did some research on the type of supplement that keeps me up at night, I avoid them at night
