   The price and quality are excellent for the awesome ingredient of mc8 and 10 mct oil. It is beneficial for producing ketones for a keto diet and the pack size is quite good (62 servings). The taste is good and you can drink it in the morning on an empty stomach.

   Include this MCT oil in my diet. Give me lots of energy without raising blood sugar. I feel the benefits instantly, boosts metabolism, helps me train more. And the quality is excellent. It helps control my candida, reduce inflammation. I love the taste and smell of this product. Great for overall and fitness.

   Introduced a few years ago as a “fat burner”, I have been using it regularly since to supplement my low carb diet. It’s a bland, tasteless oil, so I just pull it out of the bottle and force it down with a glass of water. When I first used it, I endured some intestinal upset, but my system eventually adjusted to it. Combined with diet and a diligent training regimen, the results show in the mirror as much as the scale, it depends on how hard you apply yourself. This was especially beneficial during the pandemic when gyms closed and many of us had to find ways to improvise! The Now Foods brand is the only MCT product I’ve ever used, so I have no issues with its overall quality and ingredients, and no reason to change. Until recently it was sold in a glass bottle, but now in plastic. Since I discovered Ecosupplements as a source, it has become more economical!

   I’ve been using it since I started the keto diet. It helps me with my metabolism. I feel like I have more energy when I take it. I use it every morning while drinking my coffee. The size of this product is also large, so it is affordable.

   this is my favorite MCT oil excellent quality the taste is mild the ingredients are perfect and the size is good for the price the dark packaging prevents the oil from breaking down the health benefits are noticeable almost immediately and improves my training works well with my diet makes me want to stay on a good fitness track i have great metabolism and energy i always buy this oil i never hesitate

   NOW Foods, Sports, MCT Oil. Helping me to have more energy during my fitness training and also helping me lose weight. I use it everyday, mostly for weight loss, but you also need a good keto diet or it won’t work I think. I’m happy with this large size – 32 fl oz (946 ml). for a reasonable price.

   it’s a clean taste and I haven’t had any adverse reactions. I tried to start with one teaspoon at a time to warm up the stomach before going two or three teaspoons at a time. I find that this mct oil reduces hunger pangs. did not experience energy shock or withdrawal symptoms associated with heavy caffeine consumption.

   I use this product for a ton of things, for removing my makeup, occasional oil pulling, etc. Good value for money, and doesn’t taste weird. I don’t know if they changed the packaging or what, but the larger size came in a plastic bottle while the medium size came in a glass bottle. I prefer to keep the glass and refill as needed

   This is my first MCT oil and it exceeded my expectations. The package is big and lasts a long time, the product itself has no smell or taste, it mixes well with almost everything. I feel an extra boost of energy in the morning after taking it. Help me improve my diet

    it’s so much cheaper than anywhere I can find in stores. and it lasts forever! there isn’t really a taste, but it doesn’t feel good to drink it on its own lol. I put this in coffee all day long. I’m also on a Mediterranean-keto grind, so this type of MUFA fits in perfectly with that.
