   With 400mg of magnesium and a sweet taste, I think I could eat this one off the spoon 🙂 This is a great product, so delicious, rarely with magnesium powder products. I noticed an improvement in my bowel movements, sleep, I am calmer in the evening (after drinking it), my joints hurt much less. The size is great, the only downside for me is the type of wrapper with a narrow top, you need a long neck spoon to squeeze the powder out. Still, my favorite magnesium product.

   I actually like the taste of this one, makes it easy to drink. This is one of my favorite brands for supplements. It’s also a good sized bottle. Great price for the size.

   was skeptical when I first ordered with Ecosupplements, so I only ordered a few items that I couldn’t find in Canada. But my expectations were exceeded, my order arrived exactly as described, all extras were sealed and cleaned, the package was well packaged with bubble wrap and within expected delivery time. From now on, I will no longer waste time going to physical stores to find what I need, I will always buy online with Ecosupplements.

   I rely on fizzy magnesium drink mixes. I’ve bought many and this is the one for me. It not only works, the taste is really enjoyable. The rest tend to be tart or weird. The inosotal is a nice bonus.

   really like this product because it has helped me with my migraine and my sleep. The size is big enough, enough for 2-3 months use. I feel less stressed so I know it helps my hormonal balance as well. I was previously using the Inositol capsule as it helped regulate my cycle, but I have to take 4-6 capsules. Having it in a powder form that tastes good is much better. Magnesium has also helped me improve my sleep and my mood. I rarely suffer from insomnia these days. I have already repurchased because it is often out of stock.

   I love this product! I use it every day before sleeping. It helps in relaxation. Health benefits of your sleep. The package is good and the size is large. The ingredients are at the top: magnesium and inositol. It also helps joints and muscles. The taste is delicious! I live the quality of this product

   This food supplement is of high quality! I love this composition of mineral magnesium and vitamin inositol because I think it’s amazing for relaxation and provides a great night’s sleep. The taste is good, a natural sparkling lemonade sweetened with natural ingredients such as stevia and monk fruit extract.

   I’ve been taking inositol supplements for two years, and they’ve helped me a lot with depression and my daily energy. I have noticed that I have more willpower and energy during the day when I take it in the morning. This supplement has a nice, bubbly, lemony flavor and is a great way to add more fluid during the day – something I also struggle with as sometimes I struggle to get enough water in my system and stay hydrated. I will buy more for sure!

    no longer need to take sleeping pills to fall asleep. It relaxes it relaxes my muscles has lots of minerals and it tastes very very good it helps me balance my hormones and it helps me relax that’s the most important thing oh and it tastes like lemonade bubbly and the bottle size is very large the ingredients are easy to read in how much magnesium you are getting is

    Great quality product, I love the ingredients and the size is absolutely huge. I usually take magnesium before bed and helps me sleep better. Also, I take it after training, relaxes my muscles.
