   Please help me by pressing like, may you and your family always be blessed. The 3rd bottle my husband and I have consumed. I feel the positive effects of magnesium, when I wake up my body is no longer sore and my blood pressure is still normal. Magnesium citrate is the type of magnesium that is most easily absorbed by the body. you take 3 capsules a day to obtain a daily dose of 400mg. This magnesium also helps activate D3 in the kidneys. In addition, magnesium in the form of citrate is also good for the maintenance of the stomach, muscles and bones. Magnesium is an essential mineral for energy production and metabolism, muscle contraction, transmission of nerve impulses and bone mineralization.

   I trust this brand and I purchase a variety of products manufactured by them, so I don’t have doubts on the quality of this item. That being said, the capsules are too large and I have hard time swallowing, which hasn’t happened to me often in my past experiences.

   I tried this vitamin, and it was an amazing experience! For the first time in 4 years, I wake up refreshed in the morning and am now able to keep up with my kids. My immune system is stronger as well as my mood. I don’t have headaches every day anymore either – that’s a welcome change!

    The price is average for this set of magnesium products. There are many good vitamins and minerals. I now take a vitamin a day to boost my immune system for bodybuilding. It looks like all the ingredients are natural quality and to me it’s a good sized glass bottle.
