About this product

Magnesium Citrate is supplied in vegetable capsule form, with 180 veg capsules per container. Each capsule provides 133 mg of elemental magnesium from magnesium citrate, and three capsules provide 400 mg.

The capsule shell is made from hypromellose (cellulose capsule). The remaining ingredients are ascorbyl palmitate and silicon dioxide. The label states the product is not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients, but is produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Directions

Take 3 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses, with food. (1 capsule 1–3 times daily with a glass of water with a meal, as per regional label.)
