   The quality is excellent. Just received and will start using soon, professionally packed packaging, protein , size is good, ingredient similar to excellent what was explained, taste acceptable, helpful for muscles and training and natural composition full of energy, the benefits are not mentioned for the diet as the site explains.    This has a slightly sweet smell and aftertaste, which is less pungent than some. It’s similar to other yellow or red maca I’ve tried, and less so to black maca. As long as less smell doesn’t mean less potent maca, that’s a good thing. This is just my observation, it would be helpful if the jar and this page detailed the type of maca it contains.

   I certainly think that 1 capsule a day was not enough for us. 3 capsules (spaced out with food) plus the Zinc/D3/B complex and frankly making sure I make enough time for each other, rather than being chronically sleep deprived and our weekly “count” has improved considerably. My wife has no negative effects to speak of. I didn’t dare to try it myself, I wouldn’t want to make my situation worse 😉

   It’s a good quality stuff with clean ingredients, I’ve been taking 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening every day for years. It makes me feel like I’m 18. This stuff will definitely increase your motivation. It’s just food, so it’s pretty harmless based on my research. You need the correct dosage for your individual situation. I tried taking one a day at first with no effect, then 2, and so on. 8 a day works for me, I went down to 4 a day and the effects are gone. No side effects at all. The size of each capsule is medium. Combine it with a multivitamin for best results.

   Bought for brother, he’s a sportsman. He regularly consumes different vitamins, amino acids, adaptogen tablets and dietary fiber for health and energy. They say maca is effective for blood pressure, but have no issues with that, can’t confirm if it has any benefits for her. Grass taste. The package is ordinary, the size is not small or large. Contains Maca as the main ingredient. It is also a source of antioxidants.

   I took one of these in the morning until the bottle was gone and felt no different. Never noticed a thing. I wonder why all the other ingredients (fillers?), too — rice powder? Anyhoo, I will try a diff brand & see if it’s better. Gonna have to spend more money, looks like, but maybe worth it.

   It’s my favorite because it helps me in my night training. The quality and the ingredients, the size is up to what we can have without any gardener. I used to have one before – and it’s beneficial for me to have more time with my partner. The taste is good and gives me more energy. Some said it raises blood pressure but for me I see no such thing Will order again once this is over Thanks Ecosupplements

    haven’t taken them for too long, but I feel like they somehow work. I have PCOS and after receiving this recommendation I really hope they work long term. I haven’t had my period for almost a year and with clean eating I really think it can help other people struggling with the same as me and many others. I have to say it also helps with going to the bathroom haha. And with the amount you get, the price is definitely worth it. The only concern I have is that if you are a larger person I feel like the recommended amount to take is not the best for us

    I didn’t really feel any differently when I took it and when I didn’t. That doesn’t mean it wasn’t doing me any good. It just means I couldn’t tell if it was, so I probably won’t be buying it again.

    This ‘gelatinized’ maca @ 6:1 concentration is easy on the stomach, convenient, and very potent. Great if you don’t want to hassle with powders.
