   Maca ordered several times already. This time I decided to increase the dosage (taking 3 capsules a day) so more pills are needed. Works well for me, provides more energy. It is also a good adaptogen (I have problems with the adrenal glands and the thyroid).    used to put Maca powder in my smoothies but the taste is quite strong so I decided to switch to these capsules from the company Now Foods. Easy to take daily (started with 1 capsule per day and soon increased to 2 capsules/day) and it has no aftertaste. Maca contains a lot of vitamins and minerals that support all vitality.
