   Excellent supplement for prostate health!! I have tried many like saw palmetto, flower pollen, quercetin and pygeum and think this is probably the best.

   am going to give you some very valuable information that you will not find on the internet and hear from your doctor about this product. Because science has not yet discovered the importance of lycopene and therefore it is underestimated today. Lycopene is a “root chakra” material. Which is very important. You can google “root chakra” and read about it. Everything you read about the benefits of the root chakra applies to the benefits of lycopene. Lycopene exists in tomato and watermelon and gives them their red color which is the color of the root chakra. The only downside is that there are only 2 or 3 products on the market and unfortunately it turns out to be very expensive. 🙁 I bought this one only to test my body reaction for the first time, I bought 6 bottles of 25mg lycopene after buying this one which is a very low dose of 10mg. 10 mg is very low to feel a good amount of benefit.For you to have an idea, I get 25mg of lycopene 4 times a day.Lycopene in general (not low dose like this) is my number 1 supplement out of the 100+ supplements I take.    These high quality soft gels that I’ve been taking for months will be my favorite antioxidant supplements forever, the taste is ok but overall it’s my wellbeing that I’m so concerned about, and this product from NOW FOODS is no shortage ever to protect my health in general.

   So lycopene is one thing in tomatoes that has good health benefits. But if tomatoes sometimes bother you with their texture, you can take this supplement NOW. It’s apparently very good for men’s health too. The package was nice, the dose was right, the pill was a decent size. I liked that you could get a good thing from a tomato in pill form.
