Lycopene is a naturally occurring carotenoid pigment found predominantly in tomatoes and other red-coloured fruits and vegetables. The LYC-O-MATO® branded extract is produced from ripe tomatoes and retains the natural matrix of carotenoids, tocopherols and phytoene found in the whole fruit.
