I like the combination supplement to ensure healthy eyes. I have a big correction and have some black floaters from vitreous tearing. I can’t say for sure that this is the reason….but my eyesight hasn’t changed in 2 years enough to bother w a new prescription. And it’s very small so it’s easy to swallow. I won’t go without it!

I take 1 of these with a fish oil capsule (or a meal with fat) for better absorption. My doctor thought I could try taking lutein to help with my eye issues (light sensitivity) but I haven’t noticed it making much difference.
