know distilled water as drinking water is not good for you in the long run, so now that I’m using a ZeroWater water filter, I felt I needed something for remineralization. I picked this thing up for that purpose, and I’m glad I did. Right now, as a newcomer to these drops, my sweet spot seems to be 7 drops for my 7 cup pitcher. According to the instructions, I should be closer to 9 drops minimum, but the taste was unpleasant at this strength. It’s delicious the way I have it now, and I can’t wait to buy so many gallons of water every week!

Nice, I felt the effect of magnesium supplementation. Easy to drop into a water bottle. The taste is tough after the 6th drop in a glass of water. So I put 10 drops in my water bottle. The price is higher.

According to some people, the ionic forms of magnesium are best used in the body. It is a rare and readily available product. The packaging is plastic, which I don’t prefer. Otherwise it’s a great product. I use it as part of my magnesium supplementation program, along with magnesium malate and glycinate.

NOW Foods Liquid Magnesium is the best option I have found for evaluating quality, quantity, and price. The quantity is great and saves you having to order all the time, but the taste is much saltier than other liquid mags I’ve tried. My second choice is Ionic Magnesium 400mg from Trace Minerals. It’s more expensive but less salty and a bit sweeter on the stomach (it didn’t bother me on an empty stomach). Magnesium got me rid of two other supplements (3-4 capsules) that I took every night just to help me sleep. Don’t need it anymore!

It’s not as bad as the label says! I find it easy to mix with water and it has been successful in boosting my low magnesium levels. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the dosage and size of the bottle – lots of servings! Magnesium is very important for muscles, brain function and sleep. I sleep really well with it. Plus, it contains additional minerals that automatically alter the pH and alkalize the water! Aside from the taste, it’s a good thing!

Pure form without additives so I give 5 stars. Good for people who, like my daughter, have problems swallowing capsules. She has seen an improvement in her health since she started it with other supplements. Magnesium is necessary for the absorption of vitamin D.

Powerful supplement. The taste is not good but it is tolerable. Valuable aid for falling asleep and restless leg syndrome. This and Magtein from Now Foods are my favorite magnesium supplements.
