Recommended use:
Shake well. Take 5 drops daily. Take directly or add to your favorite beverage. Best when taken with a fat-containing meal.

I’m on my second bottle and it works great. I just had my D level checked and my blood level was 54 ng/mL which I am very happy with. My only negative is the euro dropper – it’s slow and annoying. I don’t like it so much that I emailed NOW Foods begging them to please switch to a glass dropper.

I’m a big fan of Now’s D-3 and MK-7 liquids. I used to take vitamin D-3 pills. I read online that Vitamin D-3 is better absorbed and utilized in your system if you take it with Vitamin K2 (MK-7), so I decided to give it a try. I was initially worried that the taste would be bad but it didn’t bother me at all. It has a slight mint flavor but no bitterness. I usually put a drop or two in my bowl of yogurt or breakfast cereal with a little cocoa powder or matcha powder sprinkled on top and barely taste it. The product looks small but it actually packs quite a lot of liquid in a bottle. It will last a long time for me since I only use one or two drops a day. If you are thinking of buying this product, I tell you not to hesitate and try it yourself. I hope you will like this product as much as I do. 🙂

The quality of this company is nice. Health starts with good immunity, and vitamin D deficiency lowers our immunity. The sun is not enough to raise the D level. This drug is very convenient, in liquid form and, therefore, quickly and well absorbed. This is especially good for someone who has trouble with zhtk.

It’s our vitamin D of choice to help keep our immunity in top shape. We usually take a drop of water on days when we know we won’t get much sun. It’s easy to take more drops as needed on those (rare) occasions when we get sick.

This vitamin D3 + Mk7 is the best form to take. Unfortunately, many don’t realize this and continue to take only vitamin D. Unfortunately, it doesn’t do you any good and can harm you in the long run. D is absorbed into the body using K, type MK7. This is the best combo that makes natural D3 available to the body. This formula is fat-based. However, it is still recommended to have some fats in your diet while consuming D3 as it is fat soluble. My kids and I take this as a daily staple. Particularly in times of colds and flu, we use the hammer method, where we take an extra strong doe and the cold magically runs away. Try !

I love the NOW brand for its quality ingredients. It is a large size and a good dosage. Vitamin D/K is needed for immunity and K aids in absorption. Good taste and easy to take with the desired effect. Where I live, my body can’t make D of the sun because we’re so far north.

have done a lot of research over the years on vitamin D and more recently on vitamin K2. I was particularly intrigued by Natto and Japanese culture, and bioavailability in foods. Knowing that it would be difficult to get effective doses based on my diet, I opted for this product (MK7) in conjunction with another NOW vitamin D and K2. Overall, increasing my vitamin D levels has benefited my overall health, and I’m glad the K2 can help with calcium absorption. According to the results of my DNA tests, I have deficiencies in the absorption of fat-soluble vitamins. So far the product has been excellent. Great quality NOW and one of the best price to size ratios I could find online.

This is my favorite D3/K2 supplement. I like that it has a good amount of K2 in it because the vitamin D3 boosts calcium levels and the K2 makes sure it goes to the bones rather than the soft tissues so you don’t end up not with kidney stones. I had lower back pain due to severe vitamin D deficiency which has now completely gone after correcting my vitamin D levels. Taste is not great but you get used to it and personally I prefer the liquid form to the tablets. Great quality and affordable product as it can last quite a long time.
