   like the portion size and quality. I tried lion’s mane mushroom in a coffee mix and liked its effect, so I decided to try pure lion’s mane and I like it. I take it in the early afternoon. I feel more energy, focus and don’t feel sleepy during the day. The package size and serving size are reasonable.

   love this product. Interestingly, our bodies don’t work the same way as each other, we are all so different. First Defense Lions Mane took a few weeks before I felt it was really effective, but now I’ve been taking two capsules a day for about three months and can definitely notice the difference. My memory is sharper, my concentration has definitely improved and those are the two things that concern me. I will definitely be ordering more of this product. For me, it suits me perfectly.

   My little dog and I are taking Lion’s Mane from NOW with lots of benefits. It helps my dog with anxiety and depression and from what I can tell he is calmer since I gave it to him as he had a terrible experience at the vet who left him with a severe anxiety. I love him too.
