   take two and a half minutes before working out and notice that I can breathe more deeply on the treadmill, machines and weights. This licorice root does what licorice root is supposed to do. It helps me a lot with the problem I am taking it for. I understand it’s NOT DGL as I think that might make it less efficient for me. I’m grateful that something that helps me so much is so affordable

   my doctor suggested this to increase my energy level. You can see the quality by looking at the ingredients. I took it in the morning and saw an improvement in my energy level. Since I don’t have high blood pressure, my doctor told me licorice shouldn’t be a concern. please be careful if you have high blood pressure as this form is not suitable for you

   Hi, there was a little study at Mount Sinai that said; “People who took 900 mg of licorice flavonoid oil daily for 8 weeks experienced reductions in body fat, body weight, body mass index, and LDL cholesterol levels. More studies are needed to say if licorice really helps reduce fat. There have also been other studies. it wouldn’t hurt with a healthy diet and regular exercise routine.    I like the NOW brand, some products from this brand have a lot of fillers for me, but this one is good. As a holistic nutritionist, I really read my labels and am particular. Licorice root is best taken in the morning as it can energize you! This easy-to-take capsule and low-cost bottle will benefit you in these ways; energy, increasing blood pressure if you have ultra low blood pressure. It will also help with adrenal fatigue, leaky gut, heartburn, acid reflux, cough, sore throat, and overall immunity! If this helped you, consider liking 🙂

   Licorice root has powerful antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects. Licorice root is an essential home remedy for women suffering from menstrual cramps and is also believed to help relieve many unwanted symptoms of menopause. Licorice helps the adrenals by stopping the breakdown of cortisol, one of the main hormones produced by the adrenal glands to fight stress. Its cortisol-sparing effects help maintain energy levels, which results in a better response to stressful situations. As the mother of a child with special needs, I am constantly under stress. I take licorice root as a cure for a month twice a year. It is intended for short term use only.

   tried this supplement to improve my lymph flow and help my digestive system. I took it for 2 weeks only on an empty stomach with 1-2 glasses of lukewarm water. Some days I exercised right after taking the supplement. Overall I lost 5 pounds and felt more energized throughout the day. The package is convenient to store in the refrigerator. I guess the quality is good and I trust the now brand. Please note that licorice root supplements are intended for short term use only. Consuming licorice daily for several weeks or longer can cause serious and life-threatening side effects.

   An excellent remedy to clean the lymph! Additionally, malt root prevents lymph stagnation, in which the lymph nodes (often become inflamed and act as a sort of filtering barrier that cleans the lymph of toxins before it enters the main bloodstream). Thus – malt is the best lymphatic stimulator. The only contraindication is an individual allergic reaction specifically to a malt. But it is extremely rare. I use in pair with a sorbent, in my case activated carbon.

   It is an excellent healthy substitute for sugar. I like to open the capsule and use it in desserts (especially when no liquid can be added) and smoothies. And to soothe my stomach. Good taste. Licorice contains glycyrrhizic acid, which is said to be 50 times sweeter than sucrose or table sugar. I try not to use more than 2 capsules a day, although to see side effects you have to take several grams, something like 20 grams or more. But it’s sweet enough to satisfy with just a capsule or more.

    I’m still halfway through this bottle since using it for cleansing in combination with charcoal, but I can definitely see benefits. It is suitable for people on a keto diet and its ingredients did not cause any irritation to my sensitive stomach. I think the quality is quite good for the price and I will definitely buy it again.
