   I’ve been using this product for some time as an aid for falling asleep – it has worked for me. If I wake up during the night and don’t go back to sleep right away, I take another cap so I fall back to sleep. It isn’t magic – if I’m worried or upset it may not be as affective, but most of the time it works!

   I’ve been using this for quite a while and it works great for me. I sleep better when using it and I don’t wake up groggy the next morning.
