   Works great for detoxifying ammonia from the brain if you have Lyme and Bartonella. I took it daily for over a year, only needed one pill a day (didn’t notice any benefit when I increased). At first I had detox symptoms: sore lymph nodes, cloudy urine, sweating a ton, draining sinuses, and also felt like my brain was going blank, which was weird. But it helped my Lyme and Bartonella headaches a ton.

   The best brand and quality. The amino acid ornithine is one of the necessary elements of the Krebs cycle (urea cycle), which is responsible for the conversion of ammonia into urea, and it should already be excreted by the kidneys.    Based on the reviews, I bought this product hoping it would help me fall asleep and sleep through the night. I have tried many herbal sleep formulas with no success. I’ve also tried over-the-counter allopathic medications, but I don’t like the idea of taking medication, or the feeling of drowsiness when I wake up. I bought these and took 4 before bed the first night and to my amazement slept through the night and had no trouble falling asleep. I have been taking this product for 3 months now and I sleep through the night almost every night. In fact, it’s the best sleep aid I’ve found.

   This product is a sleep aid that works surprisingly well for me. As I understand it’s a quasi-amino acid…but I just know it puts me to sleep quickly, I don’t seem to have circular dreams with it, and I wake up feeling refreshed. I read that it helped reduce ammonia in the brain, and when I gave it to my mother who had Alzheimer’s disease, it helped her confusion. I first learned that from Hulda Clark’s book. There doesn’t seem to be any side effects and Ecosupplements was selling it at a good price. I highly recommend it!
