   Sometimes our body’s copper levels can decrease with zinc supplementation. It was one of the few products I found that combined zinc and copper in a vegetable capsule. Zinc is an essential element to support the immune system. Everyone should consider zinc supplementation during these critical times. The Ecosupplements website makes it easy to compare different brands and the prices are very competitive. Plus, NOW is a local Midwestern business…always good at supporting local businesses.

   As you would expect with Now Foods brand supplements it’s great quality at the best price and I have confidence in the ingredients unlike some other brands here I also like the fact that this form of Zinc is believed to be better absorbed and available longer, the more copper this capsule contains. This size container gives us each an almost two month supply at a reasonable dose to ward off any deficiency, I feel more confident in our ability to ward off illnesses like flu and Covid.    bought these vitamins for my children. I believe this is a great quality product to improve their eyesight. The ingredients are mostly natural, the size is right for kids, and best of all, since it contains zinc, it boosts my kids’ immunity. They are always on the outside, which is why they must be protected and strong. Well done for that!

   A good quality zinc supplement with copper to balance it. Taking too much zinc can spoil copper and vice versa. Zinc helps my hair and skin. I no longer have a deficiency and I take it mainly for prevention. It makes me feel good. Pill size is correct

   have been taking 25mg of zinc for a year now and it has absolutely improved my thyroid function. This product is of high quality and the zinc is in its best form (chelated) which is easily absorbed. Also, my doctor told me to take copper with zinc and this product contains both ingredients. Not only my thyroid has regained its function, but my hair is stronger, my skin is not so oily and my immune system is also stronger.

   The best bioavailable ZINC from the famous brand NOW! As a doctor, I trust this brand. It will help your skin, it is needed for DNA synthesis, immune function, metabolism and growth.    love this product, the dosage is perfect and it also has added copper so you don’t have to worry about an imbalance of either. Great to combine with Quercetin as a bulletproof immune boosting combo. And also the best part is that it’s super cheap for a nice form of bioavailable zinc! Please give a like if you don’t mind I’m broke and need to buy my supplements haha 🙂

    have been using this product for several years. It is the best zinc supplement on the market. It is more bioavailable than other forms of zinc and it is also complexed with the amino acid methionine, which makes it even more effective. It is also non-GMO and vegetarian/vegan. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality zinc supplement.
