   You may have read that l-citrulline has a nitric oxide (NO) boosting effect. And nitric oxide dilates small blood vessels and improves circulation. If you also take niacinamide (or niacin which can cause flushing at first), folinic acid, and sublingual B12, the NO boost is even better. The half-life of L-citrulline is approximately 45 minutes. Good for both men AND women in my opinion.

   L-citrulline is a substance called a non-essential amino acid. Your kidneys convert L-citrulline into another amino acid called L-arginine and a chemical called nitric oxide. These compounds are important for the health of your heart and blood vessels. They can also boost your immune system. Research suggests that this supplement may help lower blood pressure in people with high blood pressure. I have prehypertension and tried this product to help lower my blood pressure. It’s okey for me. Good product.

   Another product I’m trying for the very first time and I can honestly say that I’m not at all disappointed with the money spent. No taste issues as it is in capsule form and easy to swallow. I use it with L-Carnitine for that super pump during my intense training days. High quality product without breaking your bank account. Fine ingredients for a good price.

   Excellent quality product. Limited, whole ingredients are what I look for for overall health enhancement with no weird tastes or fillers. I use it with hawthorn berry as weird as it sounds. It’s only been a few weeks and I’m already noticing an improvement in the way I feel. Shipping is extremely fast.
