   Bought for my husband, he has a lot more energy since he took it. And when I say a lot, it’s like waking up much earlier than usual, resisting more when you play sports and not only… It’s like an energy pill in his case

   have been on a mission to lose weight recently and take them daily to increase my metabolism. Although I follow a healthier diet than before and try to exercise >4 days a week, it has definitely helped me lose weight more easily. When I didn’t take it, I felt less energized and less motivated to work out.

   give this to my better half to improve her memory, help her heart, and help her blood sugar. He says it gives him energy. He takes it with breakfast so it doesn’t impact sleep at night. He does a lot in the morning but then wants to take a nap in the afternoon. I’m not sure if I’d give him more at lunchtime to keep him going as it might keep him up at night. He takes this in combination with another supplement. His memory has improved but we hope it will improve even more.

   This product is a supplement intended to improve health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading about it. It has fulfilled some essential needs that I had until now: a boost of energy and an elimination of fatigue due to long flights and stress. NOW FOODS has become our favorite family brand! Highly recommended.

   my experience with carnitine is extremely helpful for people who have a hard time losing weight, especially belly fat, take 2 pills in the morning and 2 pills before working out in a few weeks you will notice amazing results, now food quality is excellent as usual.. so I blindly trust their products. very high recommended for athletics

   have been dieting and training for several months. I took carnitine to get the most out of the workout. My performance in the gym has improved – endurance and fat burning. The only downside for me is the large size of the tablet, which everyone notes. Next time I’ll get bigger milligrams so I don’t have to take multiple pills a day. I take it every day and when I exercise I take an extra tablet. It has no taste or smell. The package is sufficient for less than a month. It definitely helped me burn fat! I recommend.

    bought this L-Carnitine for myself and this is my first time trying it. This works to my advantage for energy. Just the right composition for my diet. The delivery of the package is good. The taste is ok with good quality ingredients that don’t overpower my other supplements. Better performance for energy, fitness, my workouts, training, and basically I’m getting a little restless. Recommended
