One daily capsule raised my basal body temperature by half a degree, from about 97.0 to about 97.5. It worked quickly – within a week. I eat healthier, but in general have noticed less hunger and specifically less sugar cravings. However, I’ve also noticed cystic acne, an old enemy, so I can pick up one every other day. 5 stars because it’s clearly powerful. Please be careful with this. Even small overdoses of iodine have been medically proven to increase, not decrease, symptoms of hypothyroidism because your body simply stops making thyroid hormones. There are tons of “how could I be so stupid!” messages on the Internet from people who gave themselves hypothyroidism with high doses of iodine. Take one capsule every day or every other day and don’t go crazy. Good luck!

really like Kelp from this brand. With 475 mcg of kelp a day (this 325 mcg capsule and this 150 mcg tablet from the same brand) and I finally stopped craving all kinds of seafood and seaweed. I barely get iodine from food. I also take 100 mcg of selenium (it’s vital for thyroid hormones and works with iodane) every other day (I also get it from food, I used to take it every day and my body reacted with terrible hair loss, 1 tablet every other day and everything is fine).

Top quality ingredients and packaging from Now Foods, a trusted brand. Great price for the size. Enjoy kelp to improve metabolism with its iodine and other minerals that are beneficial for a variety of health conditions. Easy to swallow capsules but beware they taste like seaweed no matter how quickly you swallow them. Take in moderation, it may cause upset stomach or faster digestion/metabolism if you know what I mean. Kelp is also rich in antioxidants beta-carotene, calcium, zinc, etc. may improve weight loss goals in combination with diet and exercise.

The quality of the product is unquestionably top notch. Its efficiency is too good. I take them for my thyroid and was able to reduce my thyroid dose from 75 to 50 in a month. Also, my basal body temperature has increased significantly and I am not as cold anymore. No more cold hands and feet. Definitely kicked up my metabolism.

Bought a few times now. I do not take this supplement myself but for my dogs and cats in the form of iodine. I doubt it tastes bad as my cats don’t care. Great quality from NOW Foods. The capsule size is very standard – my pets don’t take a lot every time, so it lasts a long time for me!

quality is a very good ingredient for those who have concerns i think now food is the second best brand to take bottle size is palm size packaging is as usual from now on food one of the benefits it has iodine for those with thyroid problems that’s why it’s a super food the taste isn’t that bad some people use it as an alternative to salt but these are capsules so don’t worry about the taste
