   I have taken other brands but this one contains sea cucumber. Cucumber extract is effective in reducing pain associated with moderate osteoarthritis of the knee. Boswellia serrata extract for pain relief and alfalfa juice concentrate for arthritis. It’s time to change.

   Being over 50, I needed to supplement something for my joints and I found exactly what I needed. It’s really good not to hear those noises when I move my arms or knees, I have to say I saw a lot of improvement by the third week. The quality is excellent . The packaging is attractive, you can’t miss it if you are looking for common products. As we age we need to supplement our diet and this is one of the products that can help us continue to have our pain free mobility.

   Bought for grandma, since she was able to jog as a child. Funny enough, but it’s a valid solution for joints that are already well worn.

   This supplement now contains many necessary ingredients to help our joints. Here in Brazil, we don’t have that. The quality is top notch. I love that it contains bromelain and other natural ingredients like sea cucumber and boswellin. Thank you so much. I will buy again for sure.

   Good for older people but didn’t take long so can’t decide. The package was really good though. I think it would benefit joints and cartilage as well as connective tissues. The taste was also very minor. I think the absorption is great too

   love this blend, it’s one of my favorites for athletic joint support. I feel like it keeps me in better condition for racing and training, especially to promote good recovery. I have been using this brand and product for years and consider it a nutritional essential.

    This product is a supplement intended to improve health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading “Vitamin” in the title of the search results. It has fulfilled some essential needs that I had until now: a boost of energy and an elimination of fatigue due to long flights and stress. NOW FOODS has become our favorite family brand! Highly recommended.
