Other ingredients:
Gelatin (capsule) and Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source). Contains shellfish (crab, shrimp, lobster, crayfish), fish (sea cucumber) and soy.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 2 capsules daily with food.

I have taken other brands but this one contains sea cucumber. Cucumber extract is effective in reducing pain associated with moderate osteoarthritis of the knee. Boswellia serrata extract for pain relief and alfalfa juice concentrate for arthritis. It’s time to change.

Good for older people but didn’t take long so can’t decide. The package was really good though. I think it would benefit joints and cartilage as well as connective tissues. The taste was also very minor. I think the absorption is great too
