   NOW Certified natural Inulin is a great “prebiotic”. I include a scoop in my breakfast smoothie each morning. It feeds our good intestinal bacteria. I also eat tons of fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), an indigestible (for us) form of sugar in the form of polysaccharide inulin, which also “feeds” my good “gut buddies”. FOS is found in vegetables such as radicchio, Belgian endive, Jerusalem artichokes (Junchus), okra, artichokes, onions and garlic. Very good value for money and perfect for supporting digestive health. Highly recommend.

   this is my first time ordering inulin for my 2 year old son who has ASD. need to fix his gut. and changing her diet, I was worried about constipation, but the reviews for this product are great and the taste was amazing too! I wish the quality will benefit my son

   I take it as a prebiotic. Use it in my coffee, tea and soup, it dilute well in hot drinks. It is decent and pure quality, no different fixings except inulin. Would buy again. It has a sweet taste and a slight sweet smell.

   I’ve been taking inulin for several months and can’t see any difference, but I know it’s doing a lot of good for my body and especially my colon from all the research I’ve done. Something doesn’t necessarily work overnight and I’m willing to continue taking this product faithfully for my own health. I am very happy to have discovered it.

   always mix a teaspoon of this prebiotic powder in my coffee or tea as a super easy way to include more fiber in my diet and help my good bacteria. It adds a very light sweet taste but hardly noticeable. I find this brand dissolves very well compared to others.

   This is the third time I have purchased this product. The package is as expected. It is less expensive than many other similar bowel support products, but gives me unexpected quality!! The composition is simple, just insulin to nourish the cells lining the colon, which benefits my intestine a lot and prevents constipation. I just add a teaspoon to oatmeal every day which provides me with enough dietary fiber. The subtle sweet taste is acceptable and it dilutes easily. The ingredient is natural and without added sugar. It’s great for my diet, as well as my 83-year-old grandmother can take insulin.

   Very young, my son suffered from constipation. As a young mother, I know nothing about it. I was advised to add more fiber to his diet but the problem is that he has very difficult taste buds because of his condition. I’m so glad someone recommended the prebiotic powder. I mixed it with her milk 3x a day. The benefits are immense. Since I started using the item for my son, I no longer see him crying trying to pass a stool unlike before.

   love this product I didn’t know I needed this quality the ingredients are good and clean for me filled with fiber I put it in apple cider vinegar and lemon juice and I love it because it helps flush out everything in me help with my God I’m glad I added it to my diet because I have my intestines there is no bad taste

   This inulin ensures a healthy biome. The good intestinal bacteria can grow with the inulin and the bad bacteria are expelled. This is why digestion works better. The taste is sweet. I put a teaspoon of inulin powder in food in the morning and feel great. I recommand it. The price-quality ratio is very good at Ecosupplements. If this was helpful – thanks for the “thump up”.

    It’s my daily dose of prebiotics, I put it in coffee (it’s made from chicory and has a very subtle sweet taste). Helps with regularity and also with constipation problems. A perfect supplement for intestinal health (provided you have a healthy diet rich in quality foods). High in fiber and low in calories, helps good bacteria grow in the intestines.
