Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Vegetarian Coating and Silicon Dioxide.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 tablet 2 to 3 times daily with food. For best results, use in conjunction with an exercise program.

Read a lot about HMB and how it is often used as a bodybuilding supplement to help improve muscle strength by reducing protein breakdown in our bodies. I wanted to try HMB in powder form so I could mix it up and drink it with my collagen in the morning.

As we age (over 50) we begin to lose muscle. . Likewise, prolonged bed rest does the same thing, but very quickly. It is very difficult to get strong again, you have to exercise but you are weak. It is claimed that HMB helps to recover muscles even without much effort, but faster with resistance exercises. Plus, help recover after extreme workouts. I am 86 years old and I had a serious surgery with 11 days of bed rest. I was extremely weak and started to get stronger. I can’t say how much HMB helped muscle growth beyond what exercise alone did, but I can report that it eliminated soreness after hard workouts. Also, I only eat whole, plant-based foods: no meat, no eggs, no dairy. Limited processed foods.
