   I prefer these 500mg capsules to the 1000mg tablets (which unfortunately I just bought) as they are much easier to swallow. The fact that the 500mg version of this product is in capsules and the 1000mg version in tablets should be noted more prominently on the website. I’m happy with the results I’m getting from this product so far (I feel stronger), but I didn’t have high expectations either. In other words, if you need creatine, take creatine; this does not replace it.

   This product is a supplement intended to improve health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading “Vitamin” in the title of the search results. It has fulfilled some essential needs that I had until now: a boost of energy and an elimination of fatigue due to long flights and stress. NOW FOODS has become our favorite family brand!
